Safe, Ethical and Value Adding Coaching

Our executive coaching services are ethical, professional and confidential. All coaching work is conducted within the ethical guidelines established by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

Coaching can be defined as:

  3. Working with people so that they move themselves out of a stuck place.

Clear Contracting

Our coaching is about celebrating what people do well and working alongside them so they can use their talents to achieve a higher level of performance. Professional coaching starts with clear contracting and we begin by listening to our clients.

We work with clients over the telephone or face to face, depending on their need. We work with people at their place of work, in a meeting room, or in a neutral location, such as a hotel, if people prefer that option.

Identity Level Work

We are specialists at working with clients at an identity level, because it enables people to make important transformational shifts from the old to the new. Coaches do not change people. Clients develop themselves, with the support and interest of their coach, in a safe and respectful learning environment.

Unique Feedback Option

If a client is asked to report back to their line manager about the outcome of the coaching work, their confidentiality is assured by our unique 3rd Party Feedback process, which they have complete control over. This ensures that people paying for the work can see the value from it without breaking client confidentiality.

This means that people can work with a coach in a safe environment, so that they are able to work through problems, generate fresh options, recognise personal strengths and identify new ways of working.
