Primary People Ltd has established a community of professional executive coaches. They have all completed formal Transactional Analysis training and all completed formal coach-specific training.

To provide people with a professional and effective service the coaches all contract directly with each client. All coaches offer both telephone and face-to-face coaching. Confidentiality starts from the moment you ask for more information.
 

Richard….is an experienced executive coach, trainer and visiting lecturer to Cranfield University. Richard’s coaching tends to focus on business issues, communication skills and personal development. He uses Transactional Analysis and Lean thinking extensively in his work and has a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management.

Debbie…has extensive experience of working in the public and private sector, for a range of clients. Debbie is an experienced executive coach and tends to focus on business issues and personal development. Debbie is a PTSTA (O) and qualified to certificate TA101 courses

Joe…has project management and team leadership experience in the service sector. Joe’s coaching work tends to focus on business issues, team development and personal development.

Ria….is an experienced counsellor, coach and management trainer. Ria has worked with a wide range of clients and her coaching tends to focus on organisational development and personal development.
