Learning Styles (Honey & Mumford) – the popular and effective way to get to know your preferred style of learning. This gives useful insights to aid coaching, problem solving and working in teams. Booklets can be supplied by post or can be used at the start of coaching or development workshops.

Conflict Handling (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument) – a very useful tool to help people understand their preferred style, which enables them to modify their behaviour and develop productive strategies to resolve conflict. Driver Style Preferences (Heasman Questionnaire) – an interesting questionnaire that helps people to understand their preferred Driver Style, which influences how they work under pressure, how they may operate within a team and how they look after themselves. This is a revealing exercise which can have a dramatic impact on the way people see themselves both at home and at work. It’s a great profile to undertake as part of team development, change workshops, or as part of transformational coaching.

Personal Traits (16PF5 Trait Test) – a detailed questionnaire that looks at the 16 basic traits which we all may exhibit to varying degrees. This is a very well known tool that is used extensively for statistically differentiating between candidates at interview and for providing individuals with clear information about their preferred styles. This can be used to inform candidates about suitable career paths, help them to decide which business culture may be better for them and to help them understand how they fit within organisational teams.

In addition it can be a great way to start transformational coaching work because it enables clients to see how they tend to operate in a clear and objective manner. Questionnaires are delivered by a half day session, which includes an introduction, time to complete the questionnaire, scoring and then detailed feedback.
